1. Services
Falcon Provider supplies web hosting on bare-metal infrastructure provisioned through OneProvider, managed via the RunCloud control panel, for the term and specifications selected at checkout.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the content hosted under your account, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Payment and renewal
Hosting is billed in advance for the term selected (30, 120, 180, 365, or 1000 days). We will send renewal reminders before your term expires; it is your responsibility to renew on time to avoid service interruption.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or activity that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure or other customers. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you before suspension.
5. Data and backups
We provide daily automated backups as a convenience, not a guarantee. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss, lost revenue, or downtime beyond our published SLA remedy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Falcon Provider.
