Acceptable Use & SLA

Acceptable Use Policy

To keep our infrastructure safe and fast for every customer, the following are prohibited on any Falcon Provider hosting account: sending unsolicited bulk email (spam); hosting malware, phishing pages, or botnet infrastructure; illegal content of any kind; activity that infringes third-party intellectual property; and any use that materially degrades shared network or hardware performance for other customers.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We target 99.9% network and hardware uptime, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which we will announce in advance where possible).

SLA credit

If uptime in a given month falls below 99.9% due to causes within our control, eligible customers may request a service credit toward their next renewal, calculated as a percentage of that month’s hosting fee proportional to the downtime beyond the guaranteed threshold. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

What the SLA does not cover

Downtime caused by your own application code, third-party plugins, DNS misconfiguration outside our control, or scheduled maintenance is not eligible for a credit.
